Each purchase covers only the selected 32x, 64x, 128x, or Complete edition shown in the confirmed order. Files are delivered digitally through the purchaser's My Downloads area after payment verification.

READ BEFORE CHECKOUT
These terms are shown before purchase and must be accepted before a Checkout Session can be started. Final commercial wording requires legal review for the markets you target.
2. License grant
Subject to payment and these Terms, pixelstudio j grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered asset files in finished interactive projects and related project promotion. The original files and all intellectual-property rights remain with pixelstudio j.
3. Restrictions
Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload as a standalone asset library, or make the original files available to third parties. Do not represent the assets as your own standalone source files. Any additional restriction or permission must be stated in the final published license.
4. Previews and compatibility
Review the product preview, selected edition, file information, and license before purchase. The Store describes the supplied archive but does not promise compatibility with every engine, editor, workflow, or third-party tool unless expressly stated on the product page.
5. Refunds and delivery issues
Because digital files can be copied after access, completed downloads are generally not refundable once access is authorized, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where a verified technical or order-delivery issue must be remedied. Contact support with your order reference before attempting a charge dispute.
6. Account and download access
Downloads are for the purchaser account used at checkout. Keep account access secure. Time-limited download URLs may be reissued only through the verified purchaser flow, subject to the Store's operational and anti-fraud controls.
7. Changes and legal review
These Terms are a pre-launch draft until the business disclosure is completed and the final license is reviewed. The published version will show an effective date and govern purchases made after that date. Mandatory consumer protections in a purchaser's location are not excluded.
